The Big Idea



The big idea of our PBL is that teenagers these days are turning to unhealthy and unbalanced diets to lose or gain weight or even build muscle, ignoring the importance of a healthy and balanced diet.
So our question is how can we persuade our schoolmates to consume a healthy diet and take all their essential needs like proteins, carbs, water and fats.
